<p>A compulsive transporter expression vector for organ infection which is to be used for imparting a transportation function to an organ inherently lacking this function to thereby promote the incorporation/transportation of a useful substance (drugs, nutrients, etc.) into the organ, or for promoting the excretion/transportation of excretes, etc. from the organ; and a method of promorting transportation in various organs by using the above vector. An adenovirus vector, which enables the direct and transient expression of a gene in vitro in various animal species including humans and mouse via oral administration, is used as an expression vector for a transporter gene (OAT1, PEPT1, etc.) and small intestinal model cells are transformed thereby. As the results of examination on drug transportation with the use of these model cells, it is found out that the drug discharge transportation is promoted thereby.</p> |
