PURPOSE: A grounding technology of a singing room is provided, which prevents a fire, an electric shock death, an error of devices and a reduction of a product lifetime, by improving a grounding by maximizing the collision between electrostatic charges and a ground current. CONSTITUTION: In the figure 1, electrostatic charges of 1-1 generated from a ground are flowed along a direction 1, and electrostatic charges of 2-2 are flowed along a direction 2 so that electrostatic charges of 1-1 and 2-2 are flowed along an opposite direction each other at a tungsten filament(3).
