PURPOSE: A system and a method for moving picture advertising on the Internet are provided to display an advertisement group constituted of many advertisements on a user terminal in the form of a slot machine and to run a moving picture advertisement selected by a user. CONSTITUTION: The system(100) comprises a web server(110), a control server(120) including an advertisement data management unit(121), a user information management unit(122), and an on-line game management unit(123), and a data storage unit(130) including an advertisement database(131), a user information database(132), and a cyber money database(133). The web server transmits many advertisements to a user terminal(200) through the Internet(300). The advertisement data management unit displays the advertisements stored in the data storage unit on the user terminal in the form of a slot machine. The advertisements are selected depending on the age, occupation, gene, and interest of the corresponding user.
