The fuel injection valve, especially for the direct injection of fuel into the cylinder combustion zone of an internal combustion motor, has a valve closure body (4) formed at the valve seat body (5) together with a valve seat surface (6) to give a sealed surface. The twisting unit (34) has a multiple rotating edge (35) in a spiral structure (38), to form fuel channels (37) with an opening (39) in the valve seat body so that the fuel travels in a spiral path to the injection opening (7).
