PURPOSE: An advertisement system and a method using a skin image on a window of user terminal is provided to enhance the efficiency of advertisement by dynamically providing an advertisement skin image according to the target marketing on a network. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a plurality of user terminals(5a-5n) having a web browser and being capable of connecting to the Internet(3) by using the web browser, a system server(7) being capable of downloading a skin image controller when a user connects to a homepage of system server or a bulletin board of various information providing server(9), an information providing server and a skin information providing server(95) providing a skin file to the user. The system server comprises a plurality of web servers(7a) enabling the user to download the skin image controller and various skin image files from a database server, a program providing an advertisement skin image based on the user analysis to the user terminal when the user selects an advertisement menu by the skin image controller and managing the advertisement connection time of user server(7b), a database server(7c) storing the member information, the advertisement using information and the skin image information, a router(7e) and a switching hub(7d).
