A position-associated information brokering/acquiring method in which a brokering computer system (2) brokers position-associated information provided by a content server (4) on a network, and a mobile terminal (1) on the network acquires desired position-associated information connected with its behavior by the brokerage. In response to a request of a mobile terminal (1) or a client computer (6), a brokering computer system (2) sends an information source/distribution condition list to the mobile terminal (1), the mobile terminal (1) compares a distribution condition of an information source shown in the received information source/distribution condition list with the behavior of the mobile terminal (1) information source by information source, accesses the matching information source to receive position-associated information, and presents it.
