PURPOSE: A condenser assembly system is provided to reduce defect ratio and assembly time by performing a condenser assembly process in an automated and continuous manner. CONSTITUTION: A condenser assembly system comprises a condenser assembly convey unit; an assembly transfer unit(200) having an assembly jig(230) for transferring a terminal of the assembly to be coupled with a condenser assembly, wherein the jig transfers the terminal in the state where the terminal is exposed; an assembly tray feed unit disposed adjacent to the assembly transfer unit, and which has a tray accommodating a plurality of assemblies, and a tray separating member; an assembly loader for picking up the assembly from the tray, and transferring the assembly to the assembly jig; an adhesive coating unit for coating an adhesive to an edge of the assembly loaded to the assembly jig; an assembly buffer unit(600) installed adjacent to the assembly transfer unit, and which temporarily accommodates one or more assemblies; a spot welding unit(450) having a turn table(455) for locating the assembly fed from the assembly buffer unit, and a spot rod(456a) for spot welding the terminal of the assembly located at the turn table and the terminal of condenser assembly; and an assembly unloader unit for transferring the assembly from the assembly transfer unit to the assembly buffer unit, and from the assembly buffer unit to the spot welding unit. |
