The drive axis (1) passes inside through the base plate (2), where it is held against rotation by the toothed locking wheel (3) in conjunction with the locking lever (4) which pivots in the base plate. The lever is spring- (5) loaded into engagement with the locking wheel, with the system at rest. Locking wheel and -lever are so dimensioned and located, that rotation is allowed in one direction (+), but not the other (-).
