The nozzle holder is connected to a line (6) to a high pressure pump. One or more tensile braces (2) are assembled together with one or more casing tubes (1) at least over the length of an end region (3) of a body exerting pressure. They are held by grout-free closures in the body. The casing tube has nozzle holders (4) carrying high pressure cutting nozzles. They discharge perpendicular to the tube or anchor axis.
