The bobbins (13) are fed each by a gripper (12) to a bobbin-changer (10). The holder of at least one arm is axially aligned to a further fixed holder incorporating a transfer arrangement (22) movable in a straight axial line. The bobbin-accumulator has a wedge-shaped frame (23).
