The invention concerns an installation method which consists in providing at least a wooden surface such as, for example, a floor (2) or a sheathing (3) whereof the back face is in contact with a power network consisting of tubes (5) or heating resistors, the temperature at said network capable of reaching 110 DEG C for example. Said power network is supplied by a boiler (6) for heating if it consist of fluid circulation tubes, which boiler can be combined with a refrigerating unit (7) to enable circulation of a cooling fluid for summer for example. A complementary apparatus (9) enables to treat the air to maintain a certain degree of humidity ranging between 50 and 55 %, in the layer or stratum which covers the wooden surface. The possibility of causing air to circulate between the inner wall of the premises and the inner surface of the insulating complex, enables to globally improve, heat insulation and soundproofing.
