PURPOSE: An installation structure of vehicle-mounted radio relay antenna is provided to achieve an improved stability by allowing the antenna to be installed upright even in the area with slope, while expanding installation place. CONSTITUTION: An installation structure comprises a guide panel(26) fixed to the left and right sides of a vehicle roof; a sliding panel(28) for sliding at the guide panel; a connection rod(30) having an end hinge-coupled to the sliding panel, in such a manner that the connection rod is rotatable in a direction; and a clamp(32) connected to the other end of the connection rod, in such a manner that the clamp is rotatable in an axial direction. The clamp is fitted to an antenna mast(6). The guide panel has guide lines(34) formed at both side surfaces of the guide panel so as to allow both sides of the sliding panel to be inserted in a slidable manner into the guide lines.
