The cylindrical housing (1) has two connecting pipe-sockets (2,3) for feeding and discharging fuel on opposite sides of its periphery. A driven bucket wheel mounted in the housing is in the form of a roller-shaped rotor (7) of which the diametrically opposite peripheral sides each have a holder cavity (10) for the lumps of fuel. The cavities consist of cylindrical compartments matching the cross-section of the connecting sockets.
