A remote activation dispensing apparatus 10 for dispensing fluids. An actuating device 12 positioned on a dispensing tube 20 is operably connected to a flexible elongated member 50, which is operably connected to a valve 30 in a dispensing unit 12. Upon manipulation of the actuating device, the valve 30 is actuated for passing or cutting off fluids from the dispensing unit 12 to the dispensing tube 20.
