PURPOSE: A herb medicine composite for a functional shoes out sole and a method for manufacturing the out sole are provided to improve the antimicrobial action and the bad smell removal effect of the out sole, and to facilitate the circulation of blood by stimulating spots on the body suitable for acupuncture. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing the functional shoes out sole containing a herb medicine composite comprises the steps of; preparing a functional herb medicine composite as a mixture of various natural medicines; cutting an outer sheet, and first and second inner sheet into a desired size, and stacking them one over another by using an adhesion; molding the stacked sheet combination into an out sole sheet by using a press; sewing the edge of the molded out sole sheet except an entrance for putting the herb medicine composite into a pocket space inside the out sole sheet; again sewing the entrance after charging the herb medicine into the pocket space; forming transverse sewing lines at regular distances on the out sole sheet; and punching holes of a constant diameter at regular distances on the inside surface of the out sole sheet formed with the sewing lines, and then coupling snap type buttons made of pure copper.
