PURPOSE: A system and a method for the Internet music and advertisement are provided to output an advertisement between selected music by connecting a music server to the Internet and selecting music transmitted from a music server at a shop. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises an ISA(Internet Audio Server,100) to play back every kinds of music provided on the Internet, a server management database(110) to realize a homepage for managing the music data offered to the music server, an advertising company terminal(120) to register and change advertisements offered to the music server, a shop manager terminal(130) to request for and change the business time and the genre of music, and a music playback and advertising terminal(140) to play back music and advertisements on lists through the Internet. When the business time begins, the music and advertisements are played back sequentially at a predetermined time interval.
