PURPOSE: A service method for a loan reservation of apartment sale through the Internet is provided to make a customer fast and conveniently receive the loan information and to make a bank service the necessary information to the reserved customer by databasing the customer visiting an Internet model house of apartment and receiving a reservation of loan from the customer. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of checking that a guide bulletin for the bank loan reservation service displaying on the homepage of apartment model house is selected by a customer visiting the cyber apartment model house(10), outputting the loan relating information at the time of buying an apartment and the information for the additional service at the time of applying a loan reservation(20), storing the personal information of customer in a database in case of existing a request of loan reservation from the customer receiving the corresponding information(40), examining for loan by using the credit information data based on the customer information(50), informing the customer of the approval for the loan(70), and providing the loan, real estate and financial information fit to the customer to the wining customer(90).
