A multi-port demodulator realizes wider-band and lower-distortion characteristics and lower power consumption and has their characteristics unlikely to change with changes in temperature and time. A first two-terminal phase shifter (1004), a second three-terminal branch circuit (1002), a second two-terminal phase shifter (1005) and a third three-terminal branch circuit (1003) are cascaded between a first signal input terminal (TINSr) for received signals and a second signal input terminal (TINSlo) for local signals. A first power detector circuit (1006) is connected with a third terminal (c) of the first branch circuit (1001). A second power detector circuit (1007) is connected with a third terminal (c) of the second branch circuit (1002). A third power detector circuit (1008) is connected with a third terminal (c) of the third branch circuit (1003). A circuit (1008) includes a processing circuit that receives output signals (P1, P2, P3) from the first to third power detector circuits (1006-1008) and converts them into an in-phase signal I(t) and a quadrature signal Q(t), which are demodulated signals.
