PURPOSE: A health food product obtained by extracting burdock, dried radish leaves, radish, carrot, Lentinus edodes, garlic, ginger, onion and starch sugar is provided which promotes blood circulation and metabolism of human body. CONSTITUTION: A mixture of 150 to 170g burdock, 150 to 170g died radish leaves, 250 to 270g radish, 150 to 170g carrot, 100 to 120g Lentinus edodes, 50 to 60g garlic, 10 to 15g ginger, 50 to 60g onion is ground, mixed with 40 to 50g starch sugar or honey and 2,000 to 3,000g purified water and heated at 100deg.C for 1 hr.
