PURPOSE: A sealing structure for a beverage container is provided to improve the sealing capability of the container by adopting a one touch manner sealing method and an ultrasonic attachment method at the same time. CONSTITUTION: When a top surface of a cap(200) is pressurized via a series of mechanical operation after the cap is positioned onto a beverage container(100), each suspending jaw portions of an inner cap(201) and a closed part(203) are elastically fixed at each annular jaw portion of the container via one-touch manner sealing method. At the same time, an attachment part is fused by using an ultrasonic welding method. Therefore, it is possible to completely prevent the unintentional separation of the cap and the deterioration of the sealing capability during the sterilization process of the container.
