Textile vascular prothesis, process and device for producing it

The prosthesis is either of knitted or woven fabric with different diameters at its ends and is conical in profile. Over its entire length, the cross section has the same number of threads or filaments, forming a pleat shaped profile. The conicality over the whole length is linear. The difference in the diameters at the ends is in the region of 10 to 100 cm with a tolerance of plus or minus 5%. The cracking pressure is constant over the whole length.
