PURPOSE: A device for injecting detergent into a washing machine is provided to prevent congelation of detergent by wash water contacted through an outlet and to prevent permeation of humidity induced from the outlet. CONSTITUTION: A device for injecting detergent into the washing machine includes a detergent box(21), a discharge guide pipe and an outlet opening and shutting part(28). The detergent box stores detergent and has a detergent outlet(23) formed at a side for discharging detergent. The discharge guide pipe is connected with a detergent dissolving case for guiding injection of detergent. The outlet opening and shutting part opens and shuts the outlet and the discharge guide pipe by contracting and expanding inside the outlet.
