PURPOSE: A method for measuring and correcting load of sling rod is provided to achieve an improved reliability by permitting load measurement and correction to be performed regardless of the shape of support bolt. CONSTITUTION: A method comprises a first step of installing a clamp for picking up a support rod, at an intermediate portion of the support rod; a second step of transferring load of a sling rod to an upper loading plate by connecting the clamp to the upper loading plate; a third step of installing a hydraulic device between the upper loading plate and an attachment unit, applying pressure to the hydraulic device, and measuring load through the analysis on the relationship between displacement of rod and load; a fourth step of applying a hydraulic pressure corresponding to the load to be corrected, to each support unit, if the measured load is at an unbalance state; and a fifth step of stopping turning a turn buckle.
