PROCESS FOR PRODUCING DOMESTIC ANIMAL FEED USING FOOD WASTES

PURPOSE: Provided is a process for producing a high quality domestic animal feed by using good quality food wastes sanitarily and cheaply. CONSTITUTION: The process for producing the domestic animal feed by using food wastes comprises the steps of: removing contaminants from the food wastes using a contaminant separator and magnetic separator; mesophilic fermenting the food wastes in a mesophilic fermentor using a microorganism solution at 30 to 40 deg.C; desalting and dehydrating the fermented food wastes; thermophilic fermenting the food wastes in a thermophilic fermenter together with a microorganism solution, active corrosive material and minerals at 60 to 70 deg.C; and storing liquid fermented food waste feed in a storage tank or drying the liquid fermented food waste feed.
