PURPOSE: Provided is a functional synthetic resin emitting infrared rays, which helps the health of human bodies and has antimicrobial and sterilizing functions and generates anions and screens electromagnetic waves. CONSTITUTION: The functional synthetic resin is produced by injecting 1-5% of a coloring agent, 0.1-30% of crystal powder selected from natural crystal or artificial crystal, an urethane resin polyol, and optionally foams or an agent for uniforming foams into a stirrer and then stirring, wherein the synthetic resin is selected from the group consisting of polyurethane TPU(Elastoiian).
