PURPOSE: A dispenser for discharging liquid and a structure thereof are provided to improve the external appearance and the stability of the dispenser by assembling a pump dispenser to an upper portion of a foldable pouch dispenser. CONSTITUTION: A dispenser for discharging liquid has a polygonal shape when folded. The pouch dispenser(1) includes a plane section(100) and a backside section which are separated about a folding line. Both sides of the folding line are bonded with a sealing section(101). An opposite part of the folding line is not sealed by the sealing section(101). A central folding line(102) is formed at a center of the plane section(100). A folding line(103) is formed at the central folding line(102). The folding line(103) is not adjacent to the sealing section(101) formed at both sides of the folding line(103). The central folding line is also formed at a center of the backside section. A folding line extends from an end of the sealing section.
