PURPOSE: A process of preparing far infrared ray radiating material by inclusion of photodecomposable vitamins in cyclodextrin and then freeze-drying is provided. Whereby, infrared ray radiating material can be used as a main material of a cosmetic composition for transdermal absorption and has an antibacterial action. CONSTITUTION: Photodecomposable vitamins are subjected to inclusion in cyclodextrin selected from α-cyclodextrin, β-cyclodextrin, hydroxypropyl β-cyclodextrin, β -cyclodextrin having a sulfonic acid group and γ-dextrin. Photodecomposable vitamins are at least one of retinol, retinene, retinoic acid and riboflavin. The cosmetic composition comprises a far infrared ray cosmetic material and an excipient and is applied in the form of cream, ointment, pack, body emulsion and skin care formulation.
