PURPOSE: An apparatus for displaying failure states of lamps and stabilizers at one location is provided to confirm failure states of all of street lamps by a center controlling device and transmitting and receiving devices. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for displaying failure states of lamps and stabilizers comprises a main controller(200) and a subcontroller The main controller includes a communicating unit(55) for communicating with the subcontroller, a displaying unit(99) for displaying a failure spot and a failure part, a power supply(66), and a CPU(77). The subcontroller includes a communicating unit(55) for communicating with the main controller(200), a stabilizer failure detector, a lamp failure detector, a power supply(66), a switch(88), and a CPU(77). The subcontroller communicates failure states of the stabilizers and lamps with the main controller(200). The main controller(200) sequentially displays failure data from the subcontroller by manipulating the switch(88).
