<p>A display housing (2) coupled to a PC housing (1) of a notebook PC can be opened and closed with respect to the PC housing (1). A display panel (5) is provided in the front (2a) of the display housing (2). Card-holding sections (6a, 6b, ...) are provided in the right-side part of the front (2a). Each card-holding section has a recess (7) opening at the front (2a). An elastic strip (8) is provided at the lower edge of each card-holding section. Contacts (9) are provided at the upper edge of the each card-holding section. To insert a SD card (20), which has a connector (21), into any card-holding section, the user pushes the SD card (20) onto the elastic strip (8), at the lower edge (24) of the card (20), until the card (20) is fitted into the recess (7). Thereafter, the elastic strip (8) biases the card (20) upwards, keeping the connector (21) in the contacts (9) provided at the upper edge of the card-holding section. <IMAGE></p> |
