In the present invention, there is disclosed electric circuit arrangement of a drive where it is impossible to secure a permanent connection of a motor frame to ground. The suggested circuit arrangement consists of an asynchronous motor /3/, a frequency converter and an impedance, wherein the impedance /6/ is connected between the asynchronous motor /3/ frame /34/ and the first, respectively the second conductor /11, respectively 12/ of a direct-current feeding line.
