PURPOSE: A tuning device for a cylinder is provided to improve the quality articles and to improve durability and life of the equipment by equally tuning the speed of forward and backward movement. CONSTITUTION: When operating plural air cylinders(7a, 7b) in a device for moving cylinder rods(5a, 5b) forward and backward at the same speed, plural compartments, rods(5a,5b), and plural pistons(16a, 16b, 18a, 18b) are installed to the internal side of a blow casing(10a, 10b). Plural double cylinders(7a, 7b) moving the cylinder rod forward and backward by using each compartment and piston are prepared. When the rods of the double cylinders move forward and backward, hydraulic oil of the upper compartments is mutually exchanged, and the speed of the forward and backward movement of the rods is tuned.
