PURPOSE: A vehicle fender part structure is provided to modify the structure of a fender part of a vehicle body easily to deform in case of collision with a pedestrian while driving a vehicle, thereby reducing the injury of the pedestrian. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle fender part structure includes a slant surface(14b) folded concavely outwardly at an inner front end of a fender panel(14a) folded in a predetermined shape and formed with a plurality of openings(14c), and an inner apron upper panel(22b) joined with the front end of the fender panel formed with the slant surface and forming an apron part(22).
