PURPOSE: Provided is a detection method of plasmodium vivax infected in mosquito by gene markers in a short time. CONSTITUTION: The detection method comprises the steps of: extracting a gene from mosquito; performing PCR with the extracted gene as a template and a marker(or primer) for the detection of infection; and detecting the infection of plasmodium vivax in mosquito by analyzing PCR results.
