PURPOSE: A medical fee request and outside assessment operation system is provided to construct a database for calculating therapeutic fee and medicine fee at a server of an insurance company, to enable a plurality of hospitals to request a medical fee to the server, and to make an outside company assess the request over a network. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of an assessment server operator constructing an automatic operation program for automatically managing the request of the medical fee, the assessment of the medical fee and the check of the assessment, offering the operation program to the hospitals and the outside assessor, and issuing authentication data for enabling the hospitals and the assessors to access the assessment server over the network(S100), the assessment server receiving the request of the medical fee, checking the hospital data, the patient name and the kind of the therapy, and arranging the request and the assessment on the request to a person in charge of compensation and the assessor, respectively(S200), the assessment server assessing the request based on specifications written in a form, sending the first assessment result and the request of the medical fee to the arranged outside assessor, the assessor assessing the request of the medical fee, and the assessment server transmitting the assessment result to the hospitals(S300), and the assessment receiving an agreement from the hospitals, and determining an insurance money for treating the patient and an assessment fee(S400).
