<p>In the present invention, there are disclosed carba analogues of muramyl glycopeptides of the general formula I, containing in a molecule a structural unit of the type 3-(acetamido-2,3-dideoxy-D-glucopyranosis-3-yl)-propionic acid derivative, wherein Ri1 represents a hydrogen atom or a saccharide chain, Ri2 represents a hydrogen atom or a lipophilic acyl radical having 4 to 70 carbon atoms that can be linear, branched, cyclic or polycyclic, X represents a peptide chain of the peptido glucan peptide subunit type. There are further disclosed carba analogue derivatives of N-acetyl-normuramic acid i.e. 3-(2-amino-2,3-dideoxy-{alpha}-D-glucopyranosis-3-yl)-propionic acid of the general formula II, in which Ri3 represents alkyl substituted on C(1) with aryl, alkyl branched on C(1) or unsaturated alkyl having 2 to 3 carbon atoms, such as benzyl, tert-butyl, allyl, Ri4 and Ri5 represent independently on each other a hydrogen atom, alkyl substituted on C(1) with aryl, alkyl branched on C(1) or 2,3-unsaturated alkyl and/or Ri4 together with Ri5 form an acetal group, Y represents COOH, CN or COOR, wherein R represents a linear, branched, unsaturated, cyclic alkyl, aryl-substituted alkyl or aryl.</p> |
