PURPOSE: A plastic surgery consulting service system and method is provided to enable a user to request a plastic surgery, a doctor to simulate the plastic surgery on a request part by using a software, and the user to conduct a real time consultation with the doctor over the internet. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of a user accessing a server of a plastic surgery consultation(S41), the user subscribing for the service of the plastic surgery consultation by inputting personal data, an ID and a password(S42), the user receiving a real time consultation time table(S43), the user selecting a consultation time, a desired hospital and correction part, and then sending a real time consultation request(S44), a consultation server connecting a computer of the hospital to the user terminal, offering a chatting screen with an image chatting mode button and a camera button, enabling the user terminal to take an image of the correction part and to send the image to computer of the hospital(S45-S47), the consultation server notifying a consultation time of a doctor in charge by an automatic calling(S48), the doctor accessing the consultation server(S49), the doctor conducting a real time consultation with the user, and the doctor correcting the image of the correction part with a simulation program, sending the corrected image to the user, receiving a view of the user, and storing the consultation result for being used at a plastic surgical operation. |
