PURPOSE: An internet payment proxy system and method is provided to enable a finance management site to take a permission and financial informations from a member, and to make a real time payment for charges demanded by companies or persons over the internet. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of a user accessing a finance management site over the internet, and subscribing for the site by inputting an ID and a password including personal informations, the user accessing electronic commerce servers collaborating with the finance management site, and purchasing services or goods, the electronic commerce servers demanding a payment to the finance management server, the finance management site making a payment robot check if a balance in a bank account of the user is enough to pay for the payment demand, the finance management site demanding a fund transfer from the account of the user to that of the electronic commerce server if the balance is enough, and the finance management site transmitting the payment specifications to the user via an e-mail. The payment robot includes a controller with a microprocessor and signal wiring, a memory for storing program codes, and a LED display for selectively turning on LEDs according to the signals from the controller.
