HEAD FOR MOUNTING PART AND GANTRY PART MOUNTING APPARATUS HAVING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A head for mounting a part and a gantry part mounting apparatus are provided to reduce the number of operation and time for absorbing and mounting a part of the head, and simplify the gantry part mounting apparatus by using such a head. CONSTITUTION: A head(31) for mounting a part comprises a head body(32), and four absorbing nozzles(34) inclined outward by 45°from a vertical line parallel to a rotating shaft(33). The head body(32) is of a disk. An angle between a virtual line vertical to the plane of the head body(32) and the length direction axis of the absorbing nozzles(34) is 45°. The virtual line vertical to the plane of the head body(32) is parallel to the rotating shaft(33). The rotating shaft(33) is arranged at 45°with respect to the plane on which the head(31) carries out X-Y planar movement. Each of the absorbing nozzles(34) can be in a horizontal or a vertical state depending on the rotating of the rotating shaft(33).
