PURPOSE: Provided are a shoe sole using fibroid material of coconut and a method for producing thereof, which sole is environment friendly and has an excellent cushioning effect. CONSTITUTION: The shoe sole is produced by crushing coconut; selecting fibroid material from the crushed coconut; twisting the fibroid material into a cord, followed by heating; separating coils from the cord; spreading the coils to a predetermined thickness; spraying latex solution over the coils; heating the product in a dryer, followed by pressing into a board; cutting the board into a midsole; applying adhesive layers on both sides of the midsole; and covering the midsole with an outer sole. when spreading the coils to a predetermined thickness, charcoal particles may be spreaded together. After spraying latex solution, yellow soil powders may be applied to the over the coils.
