PURPOSE: Provided is a polyolefin-based heat adhesive resin composition, which has improved adhesive force to a polar polymer, such as nylon, polyester, epoxy, ethylene vinyl alcohol resin, or a polar substrate, such as iron, aluminium, paper, wood, and glass. CONSTITUTION: The polyolefin-based heat adhesive resin composition comprises: 0.1-20wt% of a modified polyolefin resin having one or more grafted monomers selected from the group consisting of an ethylene unsaturated carboxylic acid, an anhydride, and an ester monomer, wherein the grafted monomer content is 0.1-5wt% and the polyolefin resin is selected from the group consisting of LDPE, LLDPE, VLDPE, VLLDPE, HDPE, and PP with a melt index (190deg.C, 2160g) of 0.3-60g/10min; 60-99.8wt% of a polyolefin resin such as LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, PP with a melt index of 0.1-40g/10min; 0.1-20wt% of a styrene homopolymer with a melt index (200deg.C, 5kg) of 0.1-15g/10min and/or a styrene-butadiene copolymer resin.
