PURPOSE: A system for trading the popularity coupon is provided for the celebrities to raise a fund and manage the popularity, and for a coupon owner to have the share of the economic profits caused by the popularity rise. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a coupon trading unit(100), a payment reserve processor(200), a dividend processor(300), and a bad debt reserve processor(400). The payment reserve processor executes a successful contract through the coupon trading unit by receiving the authentication data and the trading order from many terminals(701,702,703), and processes the clearance dividend whenever the coupon owner clears the own coupons in an accounting period. The dividend processor supplies a part of the celebrities' earnings as the dividend to the coupon owner. The bad debt reserve processor compensates for the coupon clearance caused by an unexpected incident.
