<p>The present invention relates to a device for turning over sheets in a printing machine, said device comprising three roller, i.e. a take-over roller (1), a feed roller (2) and a turning-over roller (3) wherein all the rollers are disposed within a printing machine having in-line arrangement of printing units. Each printing unit (7, 8, 9) is provided with a forme cylinder (11) and an offset cylinder (12) that are both of the same diameter, as well as with an impression cylinder (6) having double diameter if compared with that of the forme cylinder (11) and said offset cylinder (12). The first and the second printing units (7, 8) are provided with a transport roller (10.1, 10.2) having double diameter relative to that of the forme cylinder (11) and said offset cylinder (12). Two modular independent units (4, 5), each being provided with a roller of the sheet turning over device, are inserted between the printing units (8, 9), wherein said roller diameter is the double of that of the forme cylinder (11) and said offset cylinder (12). Said take-over roller (1) is disposed in the first independent unit (4), said feed roller (2) is disposed in the second independent unit (5), and said turning-over roller (3) is located in the next printing unit (9).</p> |
