<p>PURPOSE: Wireless network for data exchange according to arq method is provided to realize a wireless network(NW) constituted in such a way that a period is shorter on the average in which data is repeatedly transmitted according to a type-2 or -3 ARQ(Automatic Repeat Request) system and which is subjected to an error is buffered. CONSTITUTION: The wireless network is related to an NW provided with RNCs(Radio Network Controllers) which exchange data according to a hybrid ARQ system and which constitute the reception side and/or the transmission side and a plurality of specified terminals. In a transmission side physical layer, a coded transfer clock(CTB) which is transmitted by an allocated RLC(Radio Link Control) layer and which contains at least a PDU capable of being discriminated by a PDU sequence number(SN) is recorded in a memory, a shortened SN which has a length according to the maximum number of a CTB to be recorded and which is clearly indicated in a PDU-SN is recorded, and a CTB which comprises at least an allocated shortened SN is transmitted. In a reception side physical layer, whether the reception of the CTB is correct or not is inspected. When the reception is correct, an ACK is transmitted to the reception side through a return channel, and, when the reception is subjected to an error, an NACK is transmitted to the transmission side through the return channel.</p> |
