PURPOSE: A fashion design work assessment system and method is provided to enable a user to upload data of fashion design works to a server over the internet, and to enable specialized assessors, being registered in the server, to assess the fashion design works according to an assessment program. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of storing personal informations of specialized assessors at a storage(S10), enabling a user to subscribe for a design assessment service site for obtaining an access right and to register fashion design works in a set form and size(S16-S19), storing the registered fashion design works at a storage(S20), enabling assessors to assess the registered fashion design works and to transmit the assessment result to the server(S21-S29), storing the assessment result at a storage(S30), and bulletining the registered fashion design work and the assessment result(S33).
