PURPOSE: Provided is an electrical warming matt to simultaneously serve warming and humidification functions to lead saving of production cost by adapting a boiling chamber and water supply communicated together through a pipe. CONSTITUTION: The warming matt comprises a flat matt(10), a container(20) to receive and heat water(20), an elongated boiling and supplying pipe(30) made of flexible material between the matt(10) and the container(20) and a circulation pump arranged on a middle portion of a line(31) for the pipe(30). The matt(10) has a flexible hose(11) to circulate heated water to be jointed to the line(31) and a return line(32) of the pipe(30). The container has a water supply chamber and a boiling chamber partitioned by an internal compartment.
