The cylindrical mixing chamber is cut co-axially along a chord (18) to leave a rectangular opening. A flange (22) surrounds the opening and carries a sealing ring (21) in an integrally formed groove. The cylinder is closed by a hinged door (16), swiveling about a pin (17). The door is curved to form a seamless continuation of the closed mixing chamber wall. A top rim of rectangular section, to match the cylinder opening, buts against the seal ring (21).
