First and second spoke cores (33a,33b) are arranged linearly through the boss plate (31) so that most of the lower ends of the first and second spoke cores (33a,33b) are located above a middle line (m). A third spoke core (33c) is arranged in a direction perpendicular to the first and second spoke cores (33a,33b). A pair of tine portions (34) are provided in the third spoke core (33c) so as to be connected to the first and second spoke cores (33a,33b), thereby the tine portions (34) and the first and second spoke cores (33a,33b) intersect each other obliquely.
