PURPOSE: A post program circuit is provided to reduce a time and simultaneously secure a sufficient margin by increasing a threshold voltage of an over-erased cell using a coupling effect. CONSTITUTION: A main cell block(60) consists of a plurality of cells(Tn1-Tnn) connected in parallel to the first node(N11), and a main control block(70) controls applying of a voltage into a bit line. The first switching element(T11) switches a potential of the first node(N11) according to the first output signal of the main control block(70). The second switching element(T12) transfers a 5V voltage to the main cell block(60) according to the second output signal of the main control block(70). The third switching element(T13) switches a reference cell current, and is controlled by a reference control block(90). The first sense amplifier(SA11) senses a potential difference between the first node and the second node. The second sense amplifier(SA12) senses a potential difference between a Vref terminal and the first node, and verifies the yes or no of a post program.
