PURPOSE: Provided is a beverage composition containing bamboo salts and safflower seed, thereby preventing over-loss of body fluid, supplementing salts and strengthening bones. CONSTITUTION: The beverage composition contains roasted safflower seed extract, Polygonatum odoratum var. pluriflorum extract, bamboo slats and purified water. Particularly, it contains 40-60 wt.% of roasted safflower seed, 1-5 wt.% of bamboo salts, 5-10 wt.% of Polygonatum odoratum var. pluriflorum extract and the balance of water based on its total weight.
