PURPOSE: A shaft-fixing device for installation and removal of a branch pipe for winding is provided to easily install and remove a branch pipe and to increase work efficiency and safety. CONSTITUTION: In installing and removing a branch pipe to a shaft, a supporting device(85) forming a V-shaped groove(86) on the top of a supporting plate(80) elevating by an elevating operation unit(70) is installed. A clamping unit fixing the shaft placed on the supporting device is installed to a side direction of the supporting plate. The elevating operation unit guides a guide bushing(82) installed in the side direction of the supporting plate to a guide rod(72) installed to be inserted in a waiting plate(5). A rod(76) of an elevating operation cylinder(75) is connected to the base of the supporting plate and elevates the supporting plate. A branch pipe is easily installed and removed with making a side of the shaft fixed to a fixing device while moving the shaft up and down.
